Limited Warranty
products against warpage for FIVE YEARS to these tolerances:
As per manufacturer's requirements:
Doors: Raised panel doors less than 23" in width and 46" in height are warranted
against warpage of more than 1/8".
Frames and plywood insert panel doors less than 23" in width and 46" in height are warranted against warpage of more than 1/4".
Doors more than 23" in width and/or 46" in height are not warranted.
Drawer Fronts: Drawer fronts less than eight inches in height and 24" in width are warranted against warpage of more than 1/4". Drawer fronts more than 12" in height (across the grain) or 30" in width
(with the grain) are not warranted. Warranty covers replacement of door and shipping only.
Mr. Home Pro assumes no responsibility for damage, incurred by the customer.
Due to the natural characteristics of wood, metal, vinyl, and stains, all items may not match exactly.
Hardware: We install Blum & Hetich products,
all hinges and drawer glides are covered by a
Full Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty.
Labor is guaranteed for a period of one year only, on any
and all services offered by Mr. Home Pro.
LIMITATIONS
The warranty shall not apply to:
a) Any defects caused, or repairs required, as a result of misuse, abusive operation, negligence, accident, improper use or installation, and/or insufficient care.
b) Any product tampered by adjustment, altered, or repaired by any party other than Atlanta Refacing personnel.
c) Any defects to the surface caused by normal wear and tear and the natural aging process.
d) Due to the exposure of excessive heat, doors that are next to or above any stove will carry NO warranty.
(however, we will charge you our cost to repair or replace any item not covered under warranty, excluding labor.)

Countertop Refinishing
The Warranty on residential refinishing is (1) Year for Kitchen Cabinets & Countertops, (90) days for
Commercial and Rentals. No Warranty on Kitchen Sinks., Floors, Spas and Chip Repairs.The Warranty covers
defects in Material and Workmanship. We further warrant your refinished fixtures will not, on its own, chip,
flake, peel or yellow for the time stated. Scratching, deterioration of the glossy finish or staining over time
due to usage, cleaning practices or water conditions will be considered to be normal wear and tear.
The Warranty does not cover customer neglect, or for failure to comply with the care and maintenance as specified. Warranty requests must be made in writing and mailed to our office by regular mail. Upon receipt we will contact you immediately. No Repair request will be accepted by telephone. Scheduling repairs will be at a Mutual Convenient time. Repairs will be during normal business hours. A $75 service fee plus repair cost shall be assessed for services not covered by this warranty. Movement or flexing resulting in cracks or splits on any
surface including laminate, ceramic tile or grout lines are not warranted. Atlanta Refacing retains the
sole ability to render a final decision when determining if the refinished item is covered by this Warranty.
Contact us for repairs immediately, delays will void the Warranty, as it will cause the surface to peel or
lead to other problems.
Countertop coverage does not include laminate lifting off the substrate or backsplashes separating from
the countertop. Due to the composition of the Stone Finish material, final application pattern may not match
sample exactly. Failure to maintain a bead of silicone around sinks to prevent water seeping under any finishes applied, will void all warranties.
Refinishing Tubs, Tile, Sinks & Showers
(also known as reglazing)
Mr. Home Pro guarantees the surfaces of bathtubs, ceramic tile and countertops re-glazed by us against defects in workmanship or materials including sagging, crazing or peeling for a period of :
12 MONTHS from date of purchase providing the customer has properly maintained the bathtub as recommended. Repairs due to defects in material or workmanship will be made free of charge during this time. This guarantee does not cover damages caused by dripping faucets, rubber/vinyl bathmats with suction cups, abrasive cleaners, chipping due to direct impact, misuse or neglect. There will be a $75.00 service fee for all non-warranty repairs (material included). Original receipt must accompany all warranty claims.
Any peeling around drain area is not under warranty
unless the drain was removed before refinishing.
NOTE; Use of heavy metal razors or shaving cream cans will chip the surface if dropped, please exercise caution.
In addition we do not guarantee against damages caused by the removal or installation of shower doors, use of hair dyes, drain opening solutions, or any other chemical not used in normal bathing. (mild abrasive cleaners such as soft scrub are strictly prohibited).
It is imperative that bar soap, shampoo bottles, etc. ... are never left standing on the bathtub surface, also there is no guarantee that the color once selected by the customer will match other fixtures. This guarantee is non-transferable and is null and void when property is sold. This guarantee is given to the homeowner or commercial property owner only. Rental, Commercial, or Contractor discounts will carry a 90 day guarantee. This guarantee covers bathtubs & showers only. All other fixtures such as kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, toilets, spot repairs, etc. ... will carry an absolute NO GUARANTEE. Bathtubs with corrosion and rust stains will be repaired to the best of our ability. It is impossible to guarantee against any dust, dirt, debris, bugs or any foreign object that may settle onto the newly reglazed surface (especially during remodeling) unless customer can provide a sealed dust free environment. Leaky/Dripping faucets will damage the new finish and should be repaired as soon as possible. Any surface preparation by any one other than an experienced Atlanta Refacing technician will void all warranties.
Buyer agrees to allow Mr. Home Pro or its agents to inspect the products to determine cause of damage.
This guarantee is in lieu of any other guarantee expressed or implied.
